Minden Family Practices

Please note - for ordering repeat prescriptions, you will need to register a new username and password.  Unfortunately, it has not been technically possible to transfer old usernames and prescription information between websites. 

Minden Family Practices is a group of three practices operating from new purpose-built premises at the Moorgate Primary Care Centre in the centre of Bury.

The Group as a whole serves some 18,000 patients and provides a wide range of services for them. The three constituent practices are:

Access

Limited parking and disabled parking is available on-site (a charge is payable). We are fully accessible to wheelchair users. There are also numerous parking spaces in the centre of Bury, and we anticipate a large multi-storey car park 100 yards from the centre will be opening in July 2010.
