A staffed reception service is available at the following times:

Monday   8:00 am   -   6:00 pm
Tuesday   8:00 am   -   6:00 pm
Wednesday   8:00 am   -   6:00 pm
Thursday   8:00 am   -   6:00 pm
Friday   8:00 am   -   6:00 pm
Weekend   Closed Saturday and Sunday

Telephone access is available between the following times:

Full telephone access  -  weekdays        8:00 am   -  12:30 pm 

                                     and                 2:00 pm   -    6:00 pm

Emergency calls only  -  weekdays       12:30 pm   -    2:00 pm

 

An automated telephone appointment booking service is available as follows:

From  7:00 am - 8:00 am and from 6:00 pm - 11:00 pm  (on weekdays)    

From  7:00 am - 11:00 pm  (at weekends)                     

This allows booking and cancellation of appointments. Please note that we need a valid telephone number on our computer system for you to use this service.

We are currently closed at weekends, although some Practices offer extended working hours for routine appointments for patients who work or find it difficult to attend during normal hours – please see the next tabs for details.
