Patient Responsibilities

We endeavour to provide a high quality of service to our patients and treat all with courtesy and respect. In return we ask that you kindly:

  • Keep appointments when made, and if you are unable to keep them then let us know in good time so that they can be made available to others.
  • Please let us know of any change of your personal details as soon as possible whether to name, address or phone numbers.
  • Treat other patients and staff as you would like to be treated yourself.

We operate a Zero Tolerance Policy towards violent and abusive individuals to protect both our patients and our staff. Any individual behaving in such a manner will be asked to leave the premises, and may be removed from our list of patients.
